Booking is recommended so you can secure the session you want. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, and you can pay by card or cash onsite.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session. Head to the check-in desk when you arrive to sign in and collect your wristbands.
What should I wear?
Wear swimwear, a wetsuit, rash vest, leggings or anything you do not mind getting wet. Clothing must not have zips, buttons, rivets or anything sharp. Bring a towel and arrive ready to slide.
Are there age limits?
Children aged 5 and over may ride alone if they can swim and exit the inflatable unaided. Children aged 4 and under are free and must ride with an adult aged 16 or over.
What happens if it rains?
Rain does not stop the fun. We only close for unsafe conditions such as lightning or strong winds. If we close, booked customers can move their booking or receive a full refund.
Are spectators and dogs welcome?
Yes. Spectators are welcome, with benches available or space for your own picnic blanket or chairs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on a lead and must be kept away from the slide.
Do you offer group bookings and private hire?
Yes. Groups of 10 or more receive 10% off, or you can privately hire the whole site for £300 per hour. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email to arrange your visit.
Can we add food for a birthday party?
Yes. Our kids’ meal deal is £6 per child and includes a hot dog, Fruit Shoot and ice cream. Please arrange meal deals with us before your visit.
